Put the thirdperson.cfg file in cstrike\cfg and type "exec thirdperson" in the console to enable this mod. Make sure server has sv_cheats set to "1".
To toggle 1st-3rd use the H button, you can change this button to anything you like in the thirdperson.cfg file.
