[What it does]
It monitor's your good_items.txt for changes if your file changes it get's all the new items, puts the items in a mail and sends it to your email adres.
I personally have a mobilephone provider which gives me the option to send me a text-message on each email I get with the subject of that email in the textmessage. So I made the problem so that it displays what you found (the first line) in the subjects. Now I can see what I found everywhere I go.
